Winter Love Island 2023 Casa Amor bombshell Lydia Karakyriakou might not have lasted that long on the show, but she's never been far from our thoughts here at heat Towers – mainly because we're obsessed with her socials and think she's a HILARIOUS style icon/queen/visionary.

While the Casa queen formed a memorable connection with Love Island king Tom Clare in Casa Amor two years ago, that relationship never really got off the ground and resulted in Lydia being sent packing when Tom chose to stick with Samie Elishi.

Almost two years later, the Scottish Love Island queen is back on the gossip radars again when eagle-eyed fans started wondering whether she is dating her fellow winter Islander Ron Hall. They went on a cruise together and everything...

As Ron has now sauntered into the All Stars villa, we can't help but wonder whether Lydia – who many fans believe should've been given more time on the show – is going to go in there after him for the dramz (it is All Stars after all). Anything is possible on this show, so we best brush up on our Lydia history, just in case.

For the the record, our money is going on the following scenario: Ron will form a connection with Elma Pazar, they'll couple up, and then producers will send in Ron's exes, Lydia and Lana Jenkins, to rattle the bombshell to his core.

Who is Lydia Karakyriakou?

Casa Amor bombshell Lydia joined Love Island season nine on day 29 but after failing to recouple was dumped on day 32. She is rumoured to be joining the cast of Love Island: All Stars 2025, now her ex Ron has entered the villa.

How old is Lydia Karakyriakou?

Lydia was born on 25 July 25 2000, making her 24 years old.

Where is Lydia Karakyriakou from?

Lydia was born in Glasgow.

What does Lydia Karakyriakou do?

Before appearing on Love Island, Lydia worked as a retail customer assistant, but these days, the reality star is living that influencer life.

What happened with Lydia Karakyriakou and Tom Clare?

Lydia hit it off with Tom aka Terrace Tom aka the now Mr Molly Smith and ended up being part of the show's most chaotic Casa Amor recoupling when he chose to stick with Samie Elishi instead of coupling up with the Scottish bombshell. Gasps could be heard all around the fire pit and all across social media.

She then went back on the show to come face to face with Samie to divulge Tom's Casa antics.

Why did Kai Fagan call Lydia Karakyriakou 'Kim'?

Remember when Lydia sauntered into the South African villa for Casa Amor and Kai Fagan shouted 'KIM?' at the brunette after mistaking her for someone he knew outside the villa. A truly iconic Love Island scene that had the world of social media in hysterics.

Viewers even deemed it as the start of Kai's 'redemption arc' which ultimately led him to be crowned the winter Love Island 2023 winner alongside Sanam Harrinanan.

What happened with Lydia Karakyriakou and Ron Hall?

Maybe nothing. Maybe everything.

In November 2024, fans of the show learned that Lydia and Ron had potentially recoupled away from the show – despite the fact that no one can recall them even conversing on their series.

In a collection of snaps from a Virgin Voyages cruise (these are like glamorous, floating waiting rooms for reality stars looking for their next gig, FYI) Ron included a cosy snap of himself and Lydia together in the photo dump; a snap that naturally set tongues wagging.

We wouldn't think much of this normally, but some of the comments have led us to believe there's something deep here.

Ron and Lydia's winter Love Island co-star Kai commented, 'Omg finally a soft launch, so happy you and @lydiakarax have gone official 🙌👏🔥.'

Then Ron's bestie Luca Bish – who is also starring on All Stars right now – added, 'Happy for you bro 🤍.'

Neither of the Islanders really addressed it after that, but as Ron is now in the All Stars villa, we're guessing it didn't work out.

Is Lydia Karakyriakou going on All Stars?

Fans sure seem to think so. Only time will tell, though. You know our theory.

If she is, then she's not exactly keeping a tight lid on it...

Is Lydia Karakyriakou on Instagram?

Is Lydia Karakyriakou on TikTok?
