When their time on Love Island comes to an end, the contestants start on their own lil journey of deciding which avenue in the world of showbiz they fancy heading down.

Some thrive in the world of fitness like Molly Smith and Anton Danyluk and start up training programmes and health tip apps. Others become style icons like Indiyah Polack and Jordan Hames with fashion shows, clothing deals and brand collabs the norm.

Which means when winter Love Island 2023 finalist, Samie Elishi announced her latest work endeavour 'Get Away with Samie,' which combines earning and travelling, people were confused.

Everybody assumed that Samie would become a beauty influencer or be the latest ambassador for some clothing company seeing as she was easily one of the most stylish girlies during her season of the dating show.

But after Samie revealed her latest role, questions began flying around (pun not intended) about what the hell it meant to 'earn & travel', so much so that Samie has taken to Instagram to address the rumours that it is an alleged 'scam.'

Address the speculation on her Instagram Story she wrote, "I am gobsmacked at this. It has been 3 days since launching this new business venture.

"...To respond to the whole word 'scam' this is a legitimate company and business that many people including my friends and family are involved in. I am merely sharing an experience and giving people the opportunity to save and earn on holiday bookings they're going to be making anyway."

"It's a bloody POSITIVE thing," she added.

It looks as though fans and followers of Samie are still keen to become involved in the earn and travel scheme with people commenting their excitement on the new page.

Samie's fellow winter Islander, Tanyel Revan also shared support with a few "❤❤," emojis and Samie's boyfriend former TOWIE star, Harry Lee added, "🙌" to the post.
