The time has come for Made in Chelsea beer businessmen Harvey Armstrong to say 'so long' to his time on the reality TV show.

Harvey joined the show way back when Sophie Habboo wasn't with Jamie Laing and Jazz Saunders was but a high school student.

Opening up about the end of his MIC journey Harvey revealed to The Daily Mail, 'As much as I love Made In Chelsea and have had some amazing years, it has a shelf life, and the time has come for me to leave the show.'

During his not-quite six year stint on MIC, Harvey has been part of some pretty major storylines but he never could escape the fact that he two-timed Emily Blackwell.

Despite them both having moved on since, Emily is even engaged to Jordan Alexander and recently gave birth to a baby girl, Harvey's rep was tarnished with the 'cheater' label.

'There's a lot of emotional bandwidth that goes with filming your life for TV and it's a distraction and can be very draining,' he added. 'I have to clear my head.'

During the most recent series of Made in Chelsea, the lager lad was close to rekindling his romance with Zeyno Taylan however judging by recent social media we have a feeling both cast members are currently single.

From what we have gathered, Harvey is the only cast member NOT returning for the new series, besides Casey O'Gorman of course as he was too busy winning Love Island: All Stars.

In fact, some of the cast have made a comeback after not featuring in the last season, including exes Sam Prince and Yasmine Zweegers, which we're sure we can all agree means major drama is right around the corner.
