Made in Chelsea is finally back on our screens after what feels like a lifetime and some familiar faces have returned to the show after a bit of a break from the SW3 scene.
As well as Julia Pollard’s love interest Angus Findlay, who previously appeared on the show a few years back, Ollie Locke, his husband Gareth and best pal Sophie Hermann have all made a comeback too.
But it turns out that Sophie only returned to on one condition. According to the reality star, there’s one cast member that she refuses to film with and it’s even written into her contract.
So, who is the Chelsea socialite that Sophie flat out doesn’t want to be around? None other than Maeva D’Ascanio.
Longtime MIC viewers will remember that Sophie and Maeva have previously clashed over Maeva’s ex Miles Nazaire, with the pair going head-to-head in a particularly explosive scene and Sophie iconically accusing Maeva of ‘spitting on her mink’.
It seems that Sophie still hasn’t forgiven Maeva for accidentally sharing her saliva as she recently said, ‘I’m not filming with people who spat on my mink. No mink spitters.
‘It’s in my contract. Grandma’s mink is getting out unscathed this time.’
Sophie has, however, been filming scenes with other Made in Chelsea faves like Ruby Adler and Miles.
‘I filmed with Ruby and Miles and it’s fun to see how they’ve developed over the last three years – they’ve definitely grown up a little bit,’ she added to OK!
It’s probably best that Sophie and Maeva steer clear of each other as the French reality star has enough drama on her plate this series after Miles released a video on social media talking about their ‘passionate’ relationship.
Unsurprisingly, neither Maeva nor her husband and baby daddy James Taylor were impressed with Miles and they both confronted him separately in dramatic scenes. There’s never a dull moment in Chelsea, is there?
