It's that time of year where 'celeb' names start circulating about who will be facing the dating agents on the new series of Celebs Go Dating and this series looks set to be iconic.
In the past few weeks two Love Island contestants have been making the rounds in the rumour mill and now Married At First Sight UK star Georges Berthonneau has joined the ranks of potential celebrities.
The Sun reported that, "[TV bosses] think he was so entertaining on MAFS and he’s a lovely guy to boot, so they are confident viewers will want to see him have his happy ending after things didn’t work out with Peggy."
If the gossip turns out to be fact then it looks as though Georges will join the likes of All Stars finalist Callum Jonesand fan favourite Hannah Elizabeth on another romance reality TV but this isn't Georges first trip to the Celeb Go Dating sofa.
The Twitch pro previously took part on the show back in 2020 when he went on a date with TOWIE icon, Chloe Sims.
Obviously, it didn't end in a long-lasting relationship; instead, Chloe got herself rather inebriated and cut the date short. You can check the meeting out on YouTube and if you need five minutes of comedy it's worth a watch.
During his MAFS stint, Georges was partnered with Peggy Rose but the couple split a few months and have been throwing shade at each other ever since.
Chatting to heat, Georges previously admitted that he ended up having some of his scenes cut from the reunion episode as him and Peggy had split since it was filmed.
"They removed as much of us as they could because it's now irrelevant," he confessed.
Here's hoping his dates won't be edited out of the Celebs Go Dating re-run.
