There is no denying that most Married At First Sight fans were equal parts shocked and saddened when Tahnee Cook and Ollie Skelton called time on their relationship last December.
They were the last remaining couple from their season of the romance reality TV show – with Melinda Willis and Layton Mills having split up a few months prior – but they'd always seemed like a match made in heaven.
At the time, Ollie and Tahnee were all about 'I'm so thankful' and it was 'a journey filled with love,' as they shared statements on Instagram - classic - about the break up, but six months down the line, it's far from all sunshine and rainbows.
Side note: imagine having to declare your relationship status on social media every time it came to an end. It could never be us.
The duo split late last year and since then Tahnee has remained pretty tight-lipped about her relationship with Ollie.
Until now.
That was dramatic, wasn't it?
During an 'Ask me anything,' Q&A on her Instagram, one follower asked the former bride about where she stands with her former bae.
"Do you still speak to Ollie?"
In a very un-Tahnee manner the MAFS 2023 contestant let it all out and we love her for it.
"No, I don’t keep in contact. I’ve been really hurt by the things he’s done and said about me, so I don’t feel the need to have any communication anymore. He’s free to say whatever and I’m just happy to sit with my truth. I’ve really found some peace in leaving things that aren’t for me behind. It’s been around five months now since we broke up and I think it’s time we put this to bed. I’ve worked really hard to move on from this and that chapter of my life is very much closed."
We aren't one hundred percent sure what it is that Ollie has been saying in regards to his romance with Tahnee but we DO know that he chatted about one of the brides from this year's season of MAFS Australia. So there's THAT.
