The first ever Love Island: All Stars hit our screens earlier on in the year and it truly exceeded all of our expectations.

It featured Anton Danyluk schooling 'Messy' Mitch Taylor with THAT iconic 'be a man, not a boy' speech which sent social media into meltdown.

Georgia Steel and her obsession with her 'long natural hair' was an instant meme, as was everything that came out of Joshua's Ritchie's mouth.

And who could forget the moment we all realized newly-split Molly Smith and Callum Jones were to be the first bombshells of the season?

With that in mind, the second series of All Stars cannot come soon enough and naturally names are being thrown about left, right and centre.

One person who was a strong contender to appear in next year's spin-off series was Love Island 2022 OG, Gemma Owen, but if recent news is anything to go by we won't be seeing this icon anytime soon.

Apparently, 'there is no truth to this report,' a source told The Mirror, after it had been reported by several news outlets that she would be trying for a second chance at love on the dating show.

The source went on to add, 'Gemma Owen is categorically not heading onto the show.'

If that wasn't enough of a confirmation a fan commented on one of Gemma's post that they couldn't 'wait love to see her on All Stars.'

She simply replied, 'thats fake news x' and we are mildly obsessed with her using the iconic response to shoot down any rumours.

During her stint in the Spanish villa, Gemma made it to the final alongside fishmonger Luca Bish but their journey was from smooth-sailing, especially when Gemma's ex Jacques O'Neill rocked up.

Despite that, the couple made it all the way to final where they were declared runners-up with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti being crowned queen and king of the series.

The duo split not long after their time in the villa came to an end and to be honest, even if they did both head back for All Stars we can't imagine them reuniting as we are pretty sure that ship has well and truly sailed.
