This has got to be the wildest year surrounding the Love Island lot.
We had our first series of All Stars, Love Island 2022’s Jacques O’Neill commented on Paige Thorne’s TikTok, one of our favourite Love Island couples of all time (Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury) have split and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu is getting over old beef.
Cast your mind back to 2022 and there was a lot going on. While most of the finalists were either moving in together or splitting up (Gemma Owen and Luca Bish we’re looking at you), for Ekin-Su and Davide Sanclimenti there was a lot of speculation surrounding their relationship.
First up, fellow Islander Paige hinted that one of the couples from her series were #fake. Then TikTok star Max Balegde hinted that Ekin-Su and Davide’s relationship was all for PR. To be fair, Max never actually named them but that didn’t stop Ekin-Su from tweeting about it.
She wrote, "Oh f**k off Max. Trying to stay relevant by associating with us. Don’t even know who you are mate. Piss off with your sad TikTok life."
LOL.
Well, they say time heals and they were right because Ekin-Su and Max have put the past behind them and have even been spotted out and about together.
After Ekin posted a selfie alongside Max on Instagram, he reposted the snap and wrote, “The world is healing.”
Obsessed.
Now get her on your podcast please Max, after all she’s had quite the year.
As well as splitting from Davide for the final time, she became the first ever Love Island star to go on Celebrity Big Brother but that didn’t go down well.
After some controversial comments (it is CBB to be fair), and a feud with her housemates she skipped attending the final and took a break from the limelight.
Here’s hoping this is the return of Ekin-Su...
