Love Island just love to keep us hanging when it comes to dramatic cliffhangers, don't they? On Monday night's episode of the show, we saw the news of a shock double dumping hit the villa after ITV2 viewers were asked to vote for their favourite boy and girl in the villa.
In tense scenes, Ikenna Ekwonna, Jay Younger, Tasha Ghouri, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, Andrew Le Page and Amber Beckford's places in the villa are at risk, with the result of the dumping ending on an almighty cliffhanger.
However, viewers are convinced that they know who has been dumped hours before it was shown on telly, with the majority believing that Ikenna and Amber will be leaving the villa after a new romance was teased between between Indiyah and Dami.
One fan tweeted, "Me praying that Amber and Ikenna leave so that Dami and Indiyah will finally be the power couple #LoveIsland".
Another said, "Ikenna and Amber are the ones being dumped. They have to lol #LoveIsland".
One more added, "Amber and Ikenna leaving would solve everyone’s problems #LoveIsland".
Many fans were also in agreement that Ekin-Su can't leave as they just NEED her for Casa Amor, "Sorry I will never not be team Ekin Su, best bombshell to ever walk in the villa, bringing the drama every episode. The other girls could never #LoveIsland."
Love Island recouplings have been at the very heart of the most shocking TV moments in history. From declarations of love and blossoming relationships to tears and drama when Islanders choose to recouple, leaving their current partners standing on their own.
The 2021 series provided many dramatic recouplings, like Toby Aromolaran choosing to dump Chloe Burrows and couple up with bombshell Abi Rawlings, leading to possibly one of the most ICONIC moments of all time as Hugo Hammond leapt to her defence.
Who recoupled on Love Island last night?
The couples are currently Ikenna and Indiyah Polack, Amber and Dami Hope, Ekin-Su and Jay, Paige Thorne and Jacques O'Neill, Luca Bish and Gemma Owen and Andrew and Tasha.
Was anyone dumped from the Love Island villa?
So far, only two people have been dumped from the Love Island villa, bombshells Remi Lambert and Afia Tonkmor.
Original Islander Liam Llewellyn also decided to quit the villa in the first week, telling his Islanders that he 'wasn't himself'.
Speaking in an Instagram Live, Liam recently opened up more about his reasons for leaving, "Whilst in the villa I was overthinking everything massively and couldn't really relax, which resulted in me not feeling like myself, and I didn't want to be in the villa if I couldn't offer 100%."
