Love Island star 2018 Sam Birdhas wowed us with his recent body transformation and has taken to Instagram to show off his hard work.
The former PT (he used to train none other that Made In Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo) took to Instagram story to document a pretty impressive before and after.
Showing off his progress, he told his followers, "Six weeks ago > Now. The summer lean is coming."
In March 2022, Sam announced that he had married Kailah Casillas, who was on MTV show The Challenge, in a secret, intimate, ceremony.
Sharing a reel of some moments from his beautiful wedding, he wrote, "The new Mr & Mrs Bird 🦅 Tied the knot in Gibraltar and vlogged the whole trip, link in bio to watch! 🤍."
The couple chose to document the experience for their YouTube channel, so you can watch the sweet moments they exchanged handwritten vows, as well as Kailah choosing her dress.
Who is Sam Bird?
Sam is a reality star who starred in the 2018 series of Love Island, alongside Dani Dyer, Megan Barton-Hanson, Jack Fincham, and his now ex-girlfriend Georgia Steele. Before the show, he was a personal trainer.
He now describes himself as a DJ / Producer / Creator. A man of all trades.

What happened with Sam Bird and Georgia Steele?
Sam had a notoriously had a tricky relationship with Georgia after they left Love Island together in emotional scenes after being forced apart as a result of a brutal vote.
After the show wrapped, the lovebirds moved in together but the honeymoon period didn't last long as they announced their split a few months later, with Sam claiming he had found saucy messages from Georgia's ex on her phone.
In 2019, Sam revealed that he almost didn't star on Love Island.
The former personal trainer told us, "I got approached for a different show - Survival of the Fittest - and I was meant to go on that but it didn't happen.
"The producers [who work on both the shows] said to try Love Island instead.
"I said 'alright' and then I auditioned, so I kind of got approached."
