Married At First Sight UK star Ella Morgan certainly had a turbulent time when she appeared on the E4 show last year. She was matched up with Nathanial Valentino by the show’s relationship experts, but things between them didn’t work out and Ella later sparked a connection with intruder groom JJ Slater – leading to a huge dinner party showdown.
Ella and JJ’s relationship fizzled out shortly after the show ended and while he’s gone on to date Katie Price, Ella is set to appear on the latest series of Celebs Go Dating to search for love on TV once again.
Following the announcement of the Celebs Go Dating cast, which also includes Love Island’s Chris Taylor and Made in Chelsea star Tristan Phipps, it was reported that some of Ella’s MAFS UK co-stars had also been in talks for the show and were “jealous” that she had been chosen to take part.
Speaking exclusively to heat at the Celebs Go Dating series launch last week, Ella broke her silence on her co-stars’ rumoured “jealousy” and admitted that there was no bad blood on her part.
“I only have love for everyone on the show,” Ella told us. “I think naturally when somebody does go on to do stuff there is going to be that jealousy.
“Everyone’s gone on to do their own things and I’m happy for everyone, whatever situation they’re in. I don’t personally have any jealousy or hatred for anyone.”
Ella revealed she’s still friends with Jay Howard, Tasha Jay and Rozz Darlington, calling them the “Spice Girls”.
“No one has left the band like Geri did that time,” she joked.
Celebs Go Dating launches on Monday 19 August at 9pm on E4.
