It feel like for the first time ever, Love Island producers are finally listening when we beg them to spice the show up.
Sending Joey Essex in as the first Love Island 2024 bombshell? Iconic.
Sam Taylor getting dumped after 48 hours? Savage.
Two love triangles within the first two weeks? It's giving good reality TV.
However it was last night's episode that seemed to take the cake. If you've been watching the latest series you'll know that Ayo Odukoya, Mimii Ngulube and Uma Jammeh are involved in a messy love triangle.
There's been tears, secret snogs and a bizarre throuple hug.
However it was Uma reading out that Mimii and Ayo were voted as one of the favourite couples that threw fans.
"Love Island making Uma read that Ayo and Mimii was safe is pure wickedness #loveisland," tweeted one fan.
Someone else said, "Absolutely nasty work 🤣 they knew what they were doing 🤣🤣."
Another wrote, "Them making Mimii read the vulnerable Islanders was just the cherry on top 🫂🫂."
One more added, "Wickedness at its peak😂😂😂."
To make matters ever more awkward they're all still living together, even after last night's double dumping.
Poor Patsy Field and Munveer Jabbal but at least we'll get to see who Ayo picks and while we're on the subject, maybe Ronnie Vint will make a decision too.
Sorry but "they're both fit" isn't going to cut it for much longer hun.
Jess White even gave Ronnie a deadline for his decision (iconic behaviour), so here's hoping the love triangleswill be over by 10pm tonight.
Then again, remember Molly-Mae Hague, Tommy Fury and Lucie Donlan's drama in series five? That seemed to go on forever, even after Tommy and Molly were totally loved up.
Also Anna Vakili made bold moves in the same series when she brought Ovie Soko back from Casa Amor, then reunited with Jordan Hamesand then screamed in his face after he tried to "get to know" India Reynolds.
Here's hoping the 2024 lot will bring some of that series five energy.
