Do the cast of Married At First Sight ever take a day off?
It's a full time job for us keeping up with their antics, so it must be bloody tiring for them to cause havoc on a daily basis - and the cast of MAFS 2023 seem to have taken it to the extreme.
If you think we are being dramatic, the series is still in play and we've had a full on wife swap. Ella Morgan Clark and Bianca Petronzi fell out after Ella was caught getting her flirt on with Bianca's groom, JJ Slater.
Although she was matched with Nathaniel Valentino, Ella and JJ were caught messaging each other behind their partners' backs and, unsurprisingly, the indiscretion was not well received by anybody.
Bianca even revealed that "Ella sent the first text to JJ" and claimed "she was going for him".
Now, Ella has revealed where she stands with Bianca, and why she disagrees with the criticism she's received for her actions.
When asked what her biggest regret of her time on the show was, she told heat, “I regret saying I'm a girl's girl. That is my biggest regret in this whole show... I will never ever say that ever again. Because I think even though I am a girl's girl, the context I said it in and the reason that I said it just... it didn't really add.”
She went on to say, “People are like, ‘Why did you say you're a girl's girl, because you're clearly not.' And I'm like, ‘Well if it was me stealing Paul, I can understand because Tasha is my best friend.’ But I wasn't friends with Bianca. I literally spoke to her once when she first came in.
"And then I was like, ‘Right, I'm going to have to leave now because I fancy JJ’ and then everyone just keeps trolling me for the girl's girl comment and I'm like, ‘I am a girl's girl. Every guy that's out there has an ex-girlfriend - does that mean no one can go near them?' That's one thing I do regret, saying that."
Ella previously hinted that her feud with Bianca was water under the bridge and the brides are "fine now".
The declaration came after Thomas Hartley, who knows all too well what it is like to take part in the social experiment having starred in Married At First Sight 2022, posted a message on social media and Ella reshared the story with a caption of her own.
Thomas wrote, "I love you Ella! I stand with Ella and I stand with Bianca."
The MAFS 2023 bride replied, "As do I... we are fine now and I only have love for her 💖."
Bianca is yet to respond to the olive branch, but did post on her grid that she is now "happy and free" as she wrote a sentimental message about her MAFS experience.
Fellow intruder brides Erica Roberts and Adrienne Naylor both commented on the photos, with Erica letting Bianca know how "proud" she was of her co-star and Adrienne branding Bianca a "pure soul."
And despite all the drama Ella and JJ caused, she's clarified that she doesn't regret getting together with him.
"I knew that I fancied [JJ], and my plan was to leave that week that it all happened and say leave... so then I could get to know JJ on the outside," she explained.
"Obviously, I asked him to tell her - he didn't. But in our defence, we actually weren't allowed to speak to our partners. So, I wasn't allowed to speak to Bianca, but I did tell Nathanial the whole truth of what was going on and that I was going to leave and that I liked JJ.
"So, he knew it all, but obviously I didn't know he was going to air all that at the dinner party."
Ella and JJ may have caused a stir but this series has been wild from the beginning. Brad Skelly was booted off the show, Terence Edwards quit the experiment and Luke Worley was also axed for having a bust-up with Jordan Gayle.
It's safe to say there's no love lost between Luke and Jordan because they've continued to mock each other on social media.
