It's not uncommon for a Love Island star to try their hand at another dating show should their villa journey end in a happily never after. We can't all gallop off into the sunset with 6ft 5 Adonis' like All Stars winner Molly Smith, can we?
To be fair, if you're a new-ish celeb, not only is a dating show valid way to meet people without succumbing to Raya, but the money's not exactly minimum wage on these shows, let's be honest.
And out of the bunch, Celebs Go Dating is the one all single Islanders want to go on – and, to be fair, we want to see them on it too.
In the past, the E4 dating show has seen some of Love Island's biggest single catches saunter into the Celebrity Dating Agency; we're talking Chloe Burrows, Liam Reardon, Adam Collard, Laura Anderson, Shaughna Phillips, Amy Hart, Josh Ritchie, Megan Barton Hanson, Jack Fincham, Georgia Steel, Jack Fowler, Eyal Booker and Olivia Attwood – the crème de la crème of Love Island singles (at the time they were on the show, obv) basically.
So is it any surprise that Celebs Go Dating bosses allegedly have their eye on the most popular – and now very single – hunk to come out of Love Island: All Stars? Yep, take a breath, you thirsty bunch, because according to reports, E4 bigwigs want All Star Callum Jones on the books.
According to a source, Celebs Go Dating producers have been in touch with Callum about the next series following his split from Jess Gale and they're in early discussions.
A source told The Sun, "Callum was a huge hit on All Stars so it was a no-brainer for bosses to approach him as soon as he split from Jess.
"He's a huge fan favourite and everyone wants him to find love.
"Bosses are keen to get him on the show - it's early days with talks but they're hopeful."
Also, not exactly the hardest task for agents Paul Carrick Brunson and Anna Williamson, as literally ANYONE in the country would agree to go on a date with Callum right now cause 🔥🔥
Callum is yet to comment on the rumours that he is joining the dating show. We, however, are aggressively manifesting it for him and quickly filling out our own civilian applications to take part.
Seriously, we love you, heatworld, but we would quit so fast for a Jonesing...
Callum famously scorned the legendary Shaughna Phillips in the Love Island 2020 villa, dumping her for Casa Amor bombshell Molly Smith, resulting in that iconic utterance, "Congrats, hun."
Four years later, Callum strutted into the All Stars villa at the end of the opening episode as the show's first bombshell and it was a GAG. Well, it was until his ex Molly walked in as the first female bombshell on the same day and Callum was told he had to either steal a girl away from one of the OG boys or recouple with his ex.
During his time on All Stars, Callum patched things up with his ex Molly, grew close to 'loyal babe' Georgia Steel and eventually made a go of things with fellow finalist Jess Gale. Sadly, Callum and Jess split a month after the show.
