Since Love Island made an emphatic return to our TV screens in 2015, the show has rocketed in popularity, with it practically taking over lives every summer. From series one to series 10, that's almost nine years of couples that have gone on to start families of their very own.
Although not every couple who met on the show have lasted, a few have gone on to welcome babies together, whilst others found new love outside of the Love Island bubble. Considering the now iconic Love Island baby challenge, where couples have had to look after an incredibly life-like baby for a day, the Islanders are well practiced for real life.

Hayley Hughes
The latest Love Island star to welcome a baby is series four Islander Hayley Hughes. Announcing the news in August 2023, she wrote on Instagram, "5/08/2023 โ๏ธ you are everything & more than we could have ever imagined my precious boy ๐งธ. I canโt believe you are ours to love forever ๐ my little family of 3 ๐ค."
Shaughna Phillips
Love Island 2020 icon Shaughna Phillips welcomed her daughter Lucia into the world in April. The news came months after her baby daddy Billy Webb was arrested.
Jack Keating
In March 2023, we (and every other Love Island fan) was stunned when Love Island 2022 star Jack Keating announced he'd become a dad. Posting a photo holding his daughter on Instagram, he wrote, "Welcome to the world my little ๐ธ".
Amy Hart
Another Islander who welcomed a baby in March 2023 was Love Island 2019 star Amy Hart and her partner Sam Rason. Fast forward six months and Amy and Sam got engaged.
Tommy Fury and Molly Mae Hague
Runners up of Love island season five, Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury welcomed a baby girl at the end of January 2023, they decided to call her Bambi. Adorbs.
Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey
Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey stole the hearts of the nation when they won the second series of Love Island in 2016. The couple went on to welcome a baby boy called Freddie into the world in December 2017. In July 2020, Cara and Nathan welcomed their second child together, a baby girl called Delilah Delahoyde-Massey.
Cally Jane Beech and Luis Morrison
Cally Jane Beech and Luis Morrison were the first ever Love Island stars to become parents when they welcomed a baby girl called Vienna Morrison-Beech in May 2017. However in 2018, Cally and Luis announced they'd split for good.
Jess Shears and Dom Lever
Love Island 2017 couple Jess Shears and Dom Lever have stayed loved-up despite the odds after appearing on the show during season three. They got married in May 2018, and announced via an adorable photo on Instagram that they'd welcomed their first child in October 2019. In December 2019, the pair revealed their baby is a boy, sharing a cute photo of his face for the first time. Jess and Dom welcomed their second child into the world in June 2022.
Emma-Jane Woodhams
Although her Love Island romance with Terry Walsh didn't work out, Love Island 2016 star Emma Jane Woodhams went on to welcome a baby boy called Alfie with her boyfriend Jordan Bye in 2017. Just weeks after Alfie's birth, Emma-Jane revealed she'd split from Jordan.
Tyla Carr
Although she couldn't find love in the villa, Love Island 2017 star Tyla Carr found happiness with a man called Ross. The couple welcomed a baby boy called Archie into the world in December 2018. However, she has since split with Ross.
Jess Hayes
Jess Hayes won Love Island series one back in 2015, alongside Max Morley. However, the pair split up and Jess moved on. The reality star welcomed her first baby, a baby boy called Presley James Lawry on 27th June 2019.
Hannah Elizabeth
Love Island 2015 runner-up Hannah Elizabeth welcomed a baby boy in November, just days after announcing she'd split from her fiancee, YouTuber George Andreetti. Hannah announced the birth of her little boy, writing on her Instagram Story, "BEST DAY OF MY LIFE, I'm so in love and happy right now words cant describe."
Jack Fincham
2018 winner Jack Fincham became a dad in January 2020 to a beautiful baby girl called Blossom. After splitting from Dani Dyer in 2019, Jack had a brief romance with his friend Casey Ranger, with the pair revealing they are going to co-parent baby Blossom.
Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt
On October 27th 2020, series three stars Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt announced they'd welcomed a baby girl called Nell Sophia Jewitt. Camilla wrote on Instagram, 'Nell Sophia Jewitt, 4:32am, 27th October, 6lb 5oz.' The couple welcomed their second child together in May 2022, a second daughter called Nora Belle Jewitt. In December 2023, Camilla and Jamie announced they'll welcome a baby boy in spring 2024.
Dani Dyer
2018 winner Dani gave birth to a baby boy with her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence on 23 January 2021, sharing some adorable photos of her baby boy on Instagram. They've since split and in 2023, Dani and her boyfriend Jarrod Bowen welcomed twins.
Marcel Somerville and Rebecca Viera
2017 Islander Marcel Somerville became a dad for the first time in January 2020, when his fiancee Rebecca Viera gave birth to a baby boy called Roman on the 30 January.
Theo Campbell
Love Island 2017 star Theo Campbell also become a dad for the first time in February 2021, to a healthy baby boy called Aries.
Terry Walsh
Love Island 2016 Islander Terry Walsh became a dad for the first time in March 2021, when his Terry's fiancee Danielle Purdy gave birth to a baby girl called Talia Renee-Rose.
Luis Morrison and Chloe Elizabeth
Luis become a dad for the second time in October 2021, when his girlfriend Chloe Elizabeth gave birth to a baby boy 11 weeks early. Despite revealing their son had undergone a few set backs, Chloe said, "As you can imagine the past couple weeks have truly been the best but most difficult weeks I've ever had to face, it's so hard to speak to a Dr and them not able to tell you that your son is gonna be ok. However, Romeo is absolutely thriving at not even 2 weeks, old, he's had a couple a set backs but he is an absolute trooper and we honestly couldn't be more proud of him. He's deffo on the right tracks and he will be home in no time, just need to fatten him up first."
Max Morley
Series one winner Max Morley revealed the news he'd become a dad for the first time on 2nd November 2021, confirming his son had been born eight weeks early.
Malin Andersson
After suffering a miscarriage and then heartbreakingly losing her daughter Consy in 2019, Love Island 2016 star Malin Andersson welcomed a baby girl wit her boyfriend Jared in January 2022. The proud mum later confirmed she's called her Xaya, which has the meaning of 'shadow' and is a 'variant of Saya'.
Chloe Crowhurst
Series 3 star Chloe Crowhurst and her boyfriend David Houghton welcomed a baby girl into the world in April 2022, two weeks after her due date.
Olivia and Alex Bowen
Love Island 2016 stars Olivia and Alex Bowen welcomed their first child into the world in June 2022, a baby boy called Abel Jacob Bowen. The married couple revealed they will call him AJ.
